Train delay

I feel like that the commuter train is delayed frequently due to something trouble. Today the train returning from my company was delayed again. When the train stops due to an accident, I’m always torn between waiting on the train and changing the other line. I would be appreciate if the railway company could inform us the time to recovery as early as possible.
