Swim Lessen

I started taking triathlon swimming lessons last month. They’re usually held in an indoor pool early on weekday mornings. I’m learning various techniques to swim efficiently and fast in a race, such as body posture, arm movement, and sighting (how to see what’s ahead). Some days we swim extremely long distances to prepare for the actual race. Although I’m already feeling a bit discouraged, I’ll do my best to keep going as long as I can.
