Stiff body

My body is very stiff. I can only stretch my legs up to 90 degree and I can’t lean back at all. I have not cared about that so far, but I just began to recognize the importance of flexibility when I started to run. When your body is stiff, it’s easier to get injured. Actually I hurt my knees when I ran a little bit long distance. Because of that, I couldn’t go jogging for about 1 week. It is very frustrating when I want to run but I can’t run. I need to take much time to maintain my body.
